Photographic exhibition at Litewski Square in Lublin
On July 22, 2024, an open-air exhibition: “3D digitization of Polish cultural heritage in the USA 2022-24” was opened at Plac Litewski (near the Europejski Hotel) in Lubin. The exhibition presents the work and achievements of the team implementing the project “Research on the national cultural heritage of the Polish diaspora in the USA and creation of digital memory collections”.
The exhibition will be available for 3 weeks.

The third scientific expedition to US has returned
On May 13, 2024, the third expedition to the USA has returned to Poland.
3rd scientific expedition to the USA 28/04-13/05/2024
The third scientific expedition of the ECCC Foundation to the USA has begun, as part of the project “Research on the national cultural heritage of the Polish diaspora in the USA and the creation of digital memory collections”. The expedition will operate in rural areas of Wisconsin and Chicago (Illinois).
The expedition team:
Prof. Marek Miłosz (Lublin University of Technology); Prof. Jerzy Montusiewicz (Lublin University of Technology); Dr. Elżbieta Miłosz (Lublin University of Technology); Dr. Jacek Kęsik (Lublin University of Technology); Tomasz Rolski (Catholic University of Lublin) and Małgorzata Brzyska (ECCC Foundation).

Opening of the photographic exhibition “The second scientific expedition of the ECCC Foundation to the USA. June 26-July 10, 2023”
On April 4, 2024, the second photography exhibition was opened in the main hall of the John Paul II building of the Catholic University of Lublin. It was prepared as part of the project entitled “Research on the national cultural heritage of the Polish diaspora in the USA and the creation of digital memory collections” carried out in 2022-24 by the ECCC Foundation as part of the program of the Minister of Education and Science: “Science for society”, area: “Humanities-Society-Identity”.

Scanning of liturgical vestments in the Archdiocesan Museum of Religious Art in Lublin and the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin (KUL) Museum began in January 2024.
